National Western Stock Show and Rodeo: Bracket Eight

It is time for the final pool to compete at the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo, Pool Eight.

Tim O’Connell has matched up with J Bar J’s Hard Times and the Cervi Brother’s Jack Dupp in the bareback riding. In 2022, O’Connell went all the way through to the Finals in Denver and ended up in the money.

The steer wrestling will bring us one of everyone’s favorite animal athletes, Curtis Cassidy’s Tyson. Cassidy will be out along with Jesse Brown. Brown had a good year in Denver in 2022 never being slower than 4.9 seconds.

Pool Eight is bringing us Rusty, Ryder and Statler Wright. Rusty is making his return to rodeo after breaking his leg in Nevada in 2022. Ryder is looking to go one step further this time and qualify for the Finals from the Semi- Finals and Statler is making his first appearance at the National Western.
