Barrel racer Megan McLeod-Sprague flew to the Winner’s Circle in San Antonio.

After smoking her first two runs at Frost Bank Center, Megan McLeod-Sprague continued laying down the fastest runs San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo through the Final Round. A time of 13.74 would be what cinched the monumental win.

“He surpassed everything I’ve ever dreamt of by coming back like this and I’m just speechless,” McLeod-Sprague said.

When the veteran barrel racer looks back at her career, San Antonio is a place that she has come close to winning before when the format was different and now, she says this win has been a long time coming.
