Indian Burn of Bridwell Pro Rodeo is a saddle bronc horse known for being one of the toughest to ride with a huge buck. He’s been in the professional circuit for six years now and only a few cowboys have come out with the win.
Born and raised with the Bridwells, Indian Burn is a homegrown bronc who bucks in all the right ways. His dam, Indian Summer, is still on the rodeo road as well so you can catch mother and son at a lot of the same rodeos. As for Indian Burn’s sire, Scarlett Letter, he is now owned by Pickett Pro Rodeo. Cowboys know it’s going to be a tough fight to get a big score on any of these horses but when it all comes together, you will see a beautiful bronc ride.
This season, Indurn Burn has landed two cowboys on the leaderboard in his home state. Isaac Diaz rode the big bay for 86.5 points to finish fourth at Clovis Rodeo while rookie saddle bronc rider Q Taylor put an 88.5 on the board at Redding Rodeo.
Indian Burn doesn’t make it easy for cowboys to score big, he makes them work hard for every single point. The ones that make the eight, can usually bet on taking home a check.
