Mother and daughter Jennifer and Jordan Driver are competing together at RFD-TV’s The American Semifinals presented by Durango Boots, both in the barrel racing and breakaway roping.
The cowgirls talk to Steven Kenyon about what it’s like competing with each other.
“We’re a very competitive family,” says Jennifer, “but to be able to do it with her and me to be able to continue to compete, it’s kind of a dream come true.”
“It’s kind of cool because we practice together, we go everywhere together, so it’s neat to come here and actually compete against each other,” says Jordan. “I mean, we’re cheering for each other, but staying competitive with each other just gives us another edge to stay at it.”
