Madison Outhier stopped the clock at 1.89 seconds, the blazing time was better than any cowgirl this weekend and she sits on top of the breakaway roping leader board after three performances.
Success at The American is not an unfamiliar feeling for the 17-year-old cowgirl. Outhier made history last year by winning both the Junior American and the American at AT&T Stadium.
After her performance, Madison told The Cowboy Channel’s Amy Wilson how excited she is to get back to AT&T Stadium for a chance at another $100,000.
“I was just so happy to get the opportunity to be here in the top-40 and now to have a shot to get to AT&T Stadium again is just so awesome and I am so excited to be back there.”
