Layton Green’s High Desert Stampede Win Add to Already Outstanding Winter Season

Layton Green is having one of the best seasons of his career so far and he topped it off with a win at the High Desert Stampede in Redmond, Oregon. On Bridwell Pro Rodeo’s Beaver Bend, Green rode for 87 points.

“I’ve been drawing good and staying healthy,” Green said.

Good horses and being healthy are two key factors in having a successful winter. Beaver Bend did not make it easy on Green. The horse laid down in the chute and before he was completed down, Green was ready. He got the job done and took home the title.

Green added $4,258 to his season earnings and his sitting No. 5 in the PRCA World Standings.
