Layton Green Advances Out of Bracket 6 After 89-Point Ride

Layton Green opened up Bracket 6 with a second-place finish after an 85.5-point ride, putting him in a good spot to advance.

After his second performance, he left no doubt. Green was marked 89 points and won the round.

After the round, Green talked about the importance of making sure everything is set up properly before your ride.

“You want to have him stepped out, especially when you have a pen of horses like this. You want even pressure everywhere, if your stirrups are too long or too short it can really affect things.”

Green advances to the next round in Fort Worth out of Bracket 6 along with Riggin Smith, who was marked 89 points in Round 1, which won him the round.
