Kincade Henry Talks Redding Rodeo with Amy Wilson

Tie-Down roper Kincade Henry is sitting No. 6 in the PRCA World Standings and No. 4 in the average at Redding Rodeo after he made his second run in last night’s performance. He tied for the fastest time in Round One with an 8.5 yesterday morning before he went on to the performance where he did not do as well as he would have liked.

Kincade got his first big career win at Redding Rodeo last year as a rookie.

“It’s pretty cool to come back to my first tour rodeo win,” he said.

Henry has had a successful winter, not only is he sitting good in the PRCA World Standings but he won a WCRA Major in Corpus Christi adding to his career resume. Henry gives credit to his horse, although, for Redding Rodeo he jumped on fellow calf roper Trevor Hale’s horse.

His plans for Round Two did not go as he hoped, however there are two performances left in Redding to see if his place will hold.
