Two of the biggest up and comers in the game are Riley Webb and Josie Conner. Both Webb and Conner are competing at the Juniorr World Finals.
It is a huge opportunity for competitors 19 years-old and younger.
“It’s basically a way to showcase that 19 and under contestants that aren’t at the NFR... They’ve done a great job showcasing us on a level that big,” said Conner.
