For the fourth consecutive year, Josh Frost is your Linderman Award winner. The Linderman Award is presented to the cowby who wins at least $1,000 in three events, and those events must include at least one roughstock and one timed event.
Frost took home $232,034 in bull riding, $2,395 in tie-down roping, and $1,976 in Steer Wrestling.
He has now won the Linderman Award four straight seasons, with his first coming in 2019. It was not awarded in 2020.
Frost will enter the 2023 NFR at the No. 3 spot behind Ky Hamilton and Stetson Wright. Wright currently holds a $130,000 lead over Frost in the PRCA World Standings.
While Frost has four straight Linderman Awards, he is not even halfway to the record, that Kyle Whitaker holds. Whitaker won 10 Linderman Awards in his career.
