Jestyn Woodward is your Reno Xtreme Bulls Champion after two impressive rides. The first was an 83.5-point ride made on Flying U Rodeo’s Conundrum that qualified him for the Short Go. His Short Go matchup with Big Stone Rodeo’s Mr. Clean and he put an 84.5-point ride together to be one of only two cowboys to make the eight second whistle in the Short Go.
It came down to not giving up in the Short Go for Woodward and it ended with him cinching the win by two points. He left the arena with $16,433 added to his 2023 season earnings.
“It’ll help a lot. I mean, every little bit of it counts and this will be a big one. I’m just happy about it,” he said.
Woodward is the No. 5 ranked bull rider in the PRCA World Standings and No. 1 in the Resistol Rookie Race.
