Jesse Brown and Curtis Cassidy Split Round 3 of San Antonio

Jesse Brown and Curtis Cassidy split the Bracket 3 Round 3 win of San Antonio with 4.0 second runs. They both did so with the help of Cassidy’s horse, Tyson, who has carried many steer wrestlers to victories in rodeo arenas all across the country.

Cassidy was going to go-round money and he had a good steer to do it on.

“I knew I had to be really fast. I didn’t end up advancing but splitting the go-round is still pretty exciting, a little bit of cash in my pocket and on to the next one,” Cassidy said.

Brown is the No. 7 cowboy in the world right now and he is moving on to the Semifinals.

“I had a pretty good steer and got the barrier good and Tyson got me there quick and the steer hit,” Brown said.

Moving on to the Semis with Brown are JD Struxneess, Tristan Martin and Taz Olson.
