Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo: Friday Night Daysheet, Semifinal Round B
The remainder of the Fort Worth Finals gets rounded out with Friday’s Second Semifinal
The second set of semifinalists are set in Fort Worth and when tonight’s performance is complete, the Finals will be set as well. It all starts at 8:30 PM CST on The Cowboy Channel.
Young gun Sam Petersen’s trip to Fort Worth has been a successful one this far. His matchup tonight is CP Melrose, a horse that fellow competitor Taylor Broussard has covered for 86.5 points.
Justin Shaffer has thrown the second fastest time of the rodeo in Round 2 of his bracket when he stopped the clock at 3.5 seconds to best his Round 1 time by over a second. If he can match that Round 2 time tonight, chances are he will move on.
With reigning World Champions Dustin Egusquiza and Levi Lord out, the team roping will be tough. Their Go-Round winning 3.8 was what got them this far, can they do it again?
SADDLE BRONC RIDING
Dawson Hay and In The Lu will meet up for the first time. Tanner Butner rode the horse for 85 points at the National Finals Rodeo and Hay is a veteran of the sport that can handle any matchup.

Wildcard competitor Chance Oftedahl is out tonight with quick shoes to fill. His fastest time in Fort Worth has been a 7.8-second run and a run of that caliber in the Semifinals would more than likely bring him back to the Finals.
Breakaway super stars Jackie Crawford, Kelsie Domer and Lari Dee Guy are among those out tonight. A series of one second runs have paved the way to the Semifinals and any of these three ladies can match that.

Summer Kosel and Apollo got faster when Round 2 came around in their bracket. Apollo has proven he is a versatile equine athlete, able to handle any setup and Fort Worth is one that he has only gotten faster at.
Hayes Weight covered both bulls in his bracket. Could he make it three for three with Something Rotten? The Rafter G bull was covered by Justin Woodward earlier in the rodeo for 84.5 points.
