Entering the first performance of the 133rd Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo, 18yo Zain Fitzgerald wasn’t on anyone’s radar. However, when he conquered one of the toughest bulls in the industry for 82 points, he caught everyone’s attention.
During Fitzgerald’s second career outing as a PRCA cowboy, the recent high school graduate became the 5th cowboy to make a qualified ride on Sharp Shooter in three years. He was the only bull rider to make it to 8-seconds during the second perf, and is still holding on to second place going into the fourth performance.
