Lindsay Sears took advantage of her time in West Texas as the cowgirl took home a great check from both the San Angelo Rodeo as well as the Cinch Chute-Out.
A 13.88-second run secured Sears the top spot in the Finals with the fastest run of the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo. In the three-head Average, Sears found herself in a tie for second place with three-time World Champion Hailey Kinsel as they each finished out with an aggregate time of 44.19. After earning a check in both the Final Round and Average, Sears took home a total of $12,632 in winnings.
Sears kept the momentum going into the Cinch Chute-Out where she finished in the No. 1 spot when she was over half a second faster than the next closest cowgirl with a 13.80-second run. That win pulled her another check the day after the rodeo ended, this one for $7,500.
