Fallon Taylor on How to Stay Sane and Healthy

World Champion barrel racer and social media rockstar Fallon Taylor told WellGood about her five secrets to staying in good shape.

Taylor flashed back to the grueling experience of breaking her neck in 2009. She told Wellwood, “To compete and get back to that world championship level, I had to make sure that I could have a body that could handle that level of physical activity.”

Her top five tips are:

1. Incorporate meditation and mindfulness

2. Practice yoga regularly

3. Keep training low impact

4. Set challenges and goals

5. Allow for recovery
