The Austin Gamblers were the first PBR team to make a move in free agency.

On Thursday, the team announced the signing of four bull riders, including 2022 PBR World Finals qualifiers Ezekiel Mitchell and Dakota Louis.

Despite not riding his best in 2022, Mitchell made his fourth consecutive PBR World Finals. The fan favorite has eight PBR wins and 46 Top 10s over the last four year, including 30 Unleash the Beast Top 10s.

Louis on the other hand had the best year of his career in 2022. The 29-year-old had multiple wins in a season for the first time since 2015 and rode 36.5 percent of his bulls, the second best mark of his career. He finished 29th in the PBR World Standings.

The Gamblers also added a pair of Canadians to the roster as well with the addition of 22-year-old Griffin Smeltzer and 20-year-old Blake Smith.
