It took five rides instead of the customary four in Fort Worth for Damian Brennan, but he delivered when it mattered, venturing through the Wildcard to pick up a massive early season win.

In the Finals of the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, the Aussie saddle bronc rider rode the famous All or Nothin of Andrews Rodeo for 91.5 points to earn $20,000 for the round and $25,500 for the rodeo.

“I just tried to keep it simple, get a good spur out and go fast, fast, fast,” he said afterward. “I’m very happy, it’s been a long time working to get to this point, and to be here riding against the guys I’m riding against and get the win, it means the world.”

Brennan rode all five of his horses for 81.5 points or more in Fort Worth and the final three were all worth 89 or more. Brennan is coming off of a season in which he had 28 rides marked 85+.

Fort Worth marked Brennan’s 2024 debut following a stellar first NFR in December. He won a total of $166,751 in Las Vegas and picked up two Go-Round wins along the way.

This season, he sits No. 5 in the PRCA Saddle Bronc Riding World Standings as the Texas Swing makes its next stop in San Antonio, where another $1 million+ is up for grabs.
