Dalton Massey made it look easy in Fort Worth with two Go-Round wins in Bracket 5. He collected the $4,000 to earn the top stop coming back in the Semifinals.
Massey’s 3.4 won Round 1 and as the second cowboy out in Round 2, his 4.5 would surprisingly get him the second win. This is the first time in his career Massey has advanced to the Semifinals of the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.
“I didn’t make a great run today but I drew good in kind of not a very good pen of steers but I drew on the right end of them and it worked out,” Massey said.
Massey’s Texas Swing in 2023 is what propelled him into his best regular season of his career and he is starting off strong with success at Fort Worth in 2024.
