Dalton Kasel is a the first ever Kansas City Outlaw

Dalton Kasel is the No. 6 cowboy in the PBR and on Monday, May 23, he was drafted to Kansas City Outlaws as part of the first ever PBR Team Series.

The 2019 PBR Rookie of the year is already great friends with Head Coach JW Hart and he was hoping to be called to the Kansas City Outlaws coming into the event. The two had been having conversations and it did not come as a huge surprise when Kasel went to the Outlaws.

“These people are amazing so I can’t wait to be a part of this team,” he said.

He was the No. 4 pick in the draft and having made the most 90-point rides this far in the 2022 season, it was no surprise that he went in Round 1.

“It’s a huge blessing and I just can’t thank the people that supported me this whole time and I’m just so blessed getting to be here,” Kasel said.

The PBR Team Series will give the bull riders an opportunity to fine tune their skills with their head coaches unlike any time before and Kasel is looking forward to working with Coach Hart.

Kasel was their Round 1 pick and the Kansas City Outlaws rounded out their team with Kyler Oliver, Rafael Henrique Dos Santos, Bob Mitchell and Tate Pollmeier.
