Any win in the PBR is a big win, but last weekend meant a little more to the bull riders. Dakota Louis won the Ridin’ with Mason Lowe Memorial event and says it is very special to win the invitational.
“He was a great friend of mine. The way he went about bull riding he just had the cowboy mentality, so to win the event is just an honor.”
Louis won the event with a pair of 86 point rides.
“I had a plan to go down there and ride both bulls and it worked out in my favor and I came out on top.”
The event raised $20,000 for St. Judes in Mason’s name.
“To give back in a positive manner like that. To them kids, it is way more than bull riding. A guy can’t ask for any better than to give back in a positive way.”
