Tucker and Cooper White took the opening performance in Clovis with a 9.1-second run. The roping is different in Clovis, with teams roping bigger beef cattle, which Cooper thinks plays to their advantage.
“I actually prefer it. I learned how to rope them in college and I think we have a better chance of winning something just because I know how to do it good.”
The brothers stopped the clock at 9.1 seconds and currently lead the third round by over a second.
