The 56-event season for the Columbia River Circuit concluded over the weekend with the Finals at the Deschutes County Fairgrounds in Redmond, Oregon.
The Columbia River Circuit Finals comprises cowboys who predominantly compete in Oregon, Washington and Northern Idaho.
Bareback rider Austin Foss was the standout performer of the rodeo by winning all three rounds and cruising to the Average win by a 21.5-point margin.
Foss, however, was not the only athlete in command the entire way as Saddle bronc rider Kade Bruno, tie-down roper Lucas Potter and bull rider Jordan Spears all won 2-of-3 rounds and the Average in their respective events. All three, like Foss, won by a massive amounts as well.
Bruno was 14.5 points clear of the next closest cowboy, Potter won by 4.1 seconds and Spears was the only one to cover multiple bulls.
Other Columbia River Circuit Finals champions were Cody Cabral in steer wrestling, T.C. Hammack/Jason Duby in team roping, Kacey Gartner in barrel racing and Annie Minor in breakaway roping.
