An impressive 86.5-point ride for Cole Franks on Frontier Rodeo’s Big League puts the Texas cowboy in the lead at the Dodge City Roundup.
Franks previously matched up with Big League in Montgomery, Alabama and was excited to see he would have another opportunity to bring in a big ride.
“I knew I had a pretty good chance of being towards the top at least and that horse had his day and I felt like I did what I could and it worked out,” Franks said.
Franks is no stranger to success in Dodge City as he marked a career-shifting 93-point ride on Frontier Rodeo’s Gun Fire in the Final Round to take home the Championship Title in 2021 and is looking to do it again as he asserts his position at the top once more.
