Chance Howard After a 3.3 Second Run in San Angelo

Chance Howard was going for the Go-Round money in San Angelo Saturday night and it paid off as he stopped the clock at 3.3 seconds to lead the Second Round and set the fastest mark of the rodeo.

“We knew he was going to be a little slow and stop a little bit,” Howard said of his steer. “You just gotta be more aggressive.”

In the timed events in San Angelo, the Top 12 on two-head move on. There have been four times 3.5 seconds or faster in the entire rodeo.
