Orin Larsen teamed up with Calgary’s Yippie Kibbitz for 90 points to breakthrough at the 2020 Wrangler NFR and pick up his first Go-Round win.
“Everything here as far as Calgary’s have been really bucking and really performing,” Larsen said. “I knew when I had a Calgary horse by my name it was going to be good.”

The win moved Larsen to fifth in the world standings with $128,622.
Tim O’Connell is still No. 1, leading Kaycee Feild by about $18,000, but he has slipped a bit in the average after a 77-point ride Wednesday night.
Feild is tied with Richmond Champion for first in the average with 594 on 7 head. Jess Pope is third with 592 and O’Connell is fourth with 590.
Champion remains in striking distance of O’Connell considering his place at the top of the average. He is about $65,000 back of O’Connell.
