Coy Robbins climbed abord Bar C5’s Slobber Knocker to kick off his Calgary Stampede. When the whistle blew, Robbins put an 85-point ride on top of the leaderboard to get the Round 1 win his pool.
“A guy like Wyatt [Gleason] likes to flash them up and Ky Hamilton looks as pretty as he can on a bull so rolling off of that I knew I wanted to do my job and staying on put me there,” Robbins said.
Robbins says he takes it on bull at a time even though a rodeo like Calgary makes it hard. His matchup for Round 2 is Watermelon Sugar and Robbins is first out.
