Australia’s Ky Hamilton is heading to his third National Finals Rodeo ranked No. 9 in the PRCA World Standings.

Hamilton captured big wins with big scores and cashed in big checks this 2022 season and he is heading back into the Thomas and Mack where anything can happen including Gold Buckle.

BIGGEST PAYDAYS

San Angelo Xtreme Bulls, $11,757

Hamilton went 85 to finish No. 2 in the first round and came back with Pete Carr Pro Rodeo’s Time Bomb to be 90.5 points and win it all in San Angelo. Placing in both rounds put Hamilton at the top of the average by five points.

HIGHEST MARKED RIDES

Snake River Stampede, 92.5 points

Hamilton followed up a Round 1 score of 85 points with a whopping 92.5 points in the Final Round of the Snake River Stampede on 4L and Diamond S Rodeo’s Relentless. It was a ride that put him 3.5 points above his competition to get the win as well.

Cheyenne Frontier Days, 92.5 points

In the third performance at the Daddy of ‘Em All, Hamilton would up making his second 92.5-point ride of the season to tie as his high mark ride of the year. Stace Smith Pro Rodeo’s Fire Ant would be the draw.

NOTABLE WINS

George Paul Memorial Xtreme Bull Riding

At the 44th annual event, Hamilton would go 90.5 points in the first round on Stockyards Pro Rodeo’s Bottles Up to win the round. This would end up being his second 90.5-point ride of the year, and second 90.5 point ride in the month of April.

Sister’s Rodeo

In the beginning of the summer, it was in Oregon that Hamilton covered Corey and Lange Rodeo’s Bill Hell for 88.5 points. This ride won him the rodeo and added over $4,000 to his season earnings.
