Canyon Bass is now sitting third at Reno Rodeo after an 8-point ride on Bringing Fire of Big Bend Rodeo.
“I like them away from my hand, they don’t bother me too much. It was just a good bull, just stayed on top, do my job,” Bass said.
After a broken femur sidelined him in December, Bass says he is ready to keep going all summer.
The bull riding in Reno is one head, meaning Bass’ chances of coming back to the Short Go are looking good with just three performances left before Championship Saturday.
