The Bob Feist Invitational was postponed on Friday afternoon due to wildfires in the area, however, competition was able to resume later that evening.
There were multiple fires covering about 25 acres within three miles of the Lazy E Arena, which is located in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The arena itself stayed out of in harm’s way and was used as a shelter for nearby trailers and horses of contestants.
Everybody involved with the Bob Feist Invitational was unharmed.
