Barrel racer Stephanie Fryar secured the win at Rodeo Carolina to secure the opportunity at the WCRA Triple Crown of Rodeo along with a check for $1 million.
Fryar will be competing in the Stampede at the E in Guthrie, OK in an attempt to secure her second consecutive major win in the WCRA.
“I just treat it like another rodeo, I feel like if you set yourself up and do your job here it’ll all play out in the end,” Fryar said.
If a championship title is secured by Fryer inside the Circle E Arena, her third and final event will take place in Corpus Christi this May to round out the Triple Crown of Rodeo.
