Payton Shoeppach’s trip to Red Bluff ended with her as the Barrel Racing Champion and added almost $10,500 to her season earnings. She led the rodeo going into the Final Round and followed it up with a 17.22 to cinch the average and title.
“Boss, he decided to send himself. He went when he wanted to and it ended up working out. He loves to run, he just made it happen,” she said.
Schoeppach’s excitement was undeniable. This win pushed her inside the Top 30 of the WPRA World Standings.
