After a sensational September to close the 2022 season and make her 16th consecutive NFR, Lisa Lockhart jump-started 2023 in Denver with two Go-Round wins in Pool 2.
Lockhart’s runs of 15.12 seconds and 14.95 seconds are two of the three fastest times through six performances.
“He’s young, so he was very hesitant last night,” Lockhart said of her 6-year-old grey gelding Levee following her run on Saturday. “Today he was much more aggressive and I felt that.”
Also making the Semifinals from Pool 2 was Kelly Yates and Michelle Alley. All three will compete again on Jan. 21 on The Cowboy Channel and The Cowboy Channel+.
