Rocker Steiner’s Round 1 win was the perfect birthday present to his dad. An 87-point ride on Stace Smith Pro Rodeo’s Risky Business was all it took.
“Last year, for his birthday, I got bucked off of Ghost Town so I had to repay him somehow,” Steiner said.
This is the young gun’s second National Finals Rodeo and he started it off just right.
Clayton Biglow’s 85.5 was second and reigning World Champion Jess Pope was 85 to be third.
