Jordon Briggs and Rollo Impress in First Run in Fort Worth

Former World Champion Jordon Briggs got off to a great start in Fort Worth after winning the opening round of Bracket 3. After her 16.58-second run she talked about how good her horse of the year, Rollo, has been for her.

“I think Rollo knows that my Fort Worth buckle is old and I’ve been wearing it for a long time so I really hope he gets me a new one.”

Briggs, who ran in just 32 rodeos last year knows how important getting the big wins at rodeos like Fort Worth is for her season.

“It would be amazing and doing good at these big rodeos means I don’t have to run his legs off all year so that is the goal right now.”

Briggs is now in the driver’s seat to advance to the next round in Fort Worth as she looks to get back her World Title crown.
