In a testament to the camaraderie of the bulldoggers, Talley’s hazer was Tyler Pearson, who would later compete for the $1 million in the same event. Talley said it was nerve-wracking watching the last two guys compete knowing he could potentially win $100,000.

Pearson ended up turning in a 4.82-second run to finish second. He is also now second in the World Standings with $31,269 about $26,500 behind Talley.
