The first annual Pro Cowboy Country Artist Association Awards Show, set for Oct. 14, 2017, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, will be recorded live-to-tape and will air on The Cowboy Channel. The event, which kicks off at 7:30 p.m. CST, will be held in the Fort Smith Convention Center.
